Hello Joe,

It has been a little over a month since you helped us close on our new home. We are settling in and still unpacking. We thought we would take a few minutes and let you know our thoughts regarding the home buying procedure we experienced with you.

Above and far beyond our expectations!!! After our first meeting, we realized that you were the right candidate to help us find our new home. You continued to step up to the plate and provide a very productive and effective experience.

Often, real estate agents are out to make a quick buck and do not consider their clients requirements and expectations in a home. Our experience with prior agents has been very trying. One agent actually acted as a dual agent on the same property. The agent represented the seller and also represented us (the buyer) on the transaction, sounds like a conflict of interest to me. Another agent fed us stale listings which resulted hi numerous missed opportunities.

From the beginning, you thoroughly explained every step of the process and were always there to answer our questions. You diligently disseminated the listings to match our search criteria. You also encouraged us to keep an open mind and to weigh all possibilities.

In the beginning, we had a "vision" of our perfect home. You provided matches based on our criteria and with your expertise we soon were able to streamline our requirements. You helped guide not "push" us in the right direction. With your support and teaching we were able to make an educated decision on the purchase of our new home.
